Welcome to the studio! Lumigen AI Art Generator ("Lumigen," "we," "us") turns your ideas into vivid images, and we would rather spend our energy on brushstrokes than on snooping. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain English, what information is involved when you create with Lumigen, where it goes, and what control you have over it. Effective date: 2026-10-29.

The Short Version, Before the Canvas Dries

There are no accounts and no sign-in. We never ask for your name, email address, or a password. To make your art, we process what you type, and we use a small set of trusted services to handle payments and subscription status. That's the whole sketch. The details are below.

What We Collect, and What Stays Out of the Frame

What we do process: the text prompts and creative settings you submit so we can generate your images, and the images generated from them. If you subscribe or make a purchase, we receive subscription and purchase status information, such as whether your subscription is active, along with related analytics through Adapty. What we do not collect: account details (there are no accounts), your name, email address, or password, and your payment card details. Apple handles payment information, and we never see it.

Where the Magic Happens: Our Own Backend

When you hit generate, your prompt goes to Lumigen's own backend servers, which create your image and send it back to you. We do not hand your prompts to an outside image-generation provider. Your ideas go to our servers and come back to you as images.

Our Supporting Cast: Third-Party Services

Apple App Store: we use it to distribute the app and to process all purchases and subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. Adapty: when it is used, it tracks subscription status and provides subscription analytics. This lets us know whether your premium features should be unlocked and helps us understand how subscriptions are performing. Adapty processes this information under its own privacy terms. Neither service gets your prompts or artwork from us for its own purposes.

Money Matters Stay With Apple

Every purchase and subscription runs through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple collects and processes your payment information, and we only learn the outcome, such as whether a subscription is active. Adapty may record that subscription status and related analytics so the app can unlock the right features.

How Long We Keep Things

We keep information only as long as we need it to run the app. That means generating your images, keeping your subscription features working, and meeting any legal obligations. After that, it is deleted or anonymised. Information held by Apple or Adapty is retained under their own policies.

Your Rights: You Hold the Palette

You can ask us to give you access to the personal data we hold about you, and you can ask us to delete it. Because there are no accounts, we may ask you for details that help us find the relevant information, such as approximately when you made a generation or a purchase. For data held by Apple, such as payment records, you can also use Apple's own privacy tools.

Updates to This Policy

If our practices change, we will update this policy and revise the effective date. If you keep using Lumigen after an update, the new version applies.
